Our story begins in Monopoli, a city that represents home, identity, and inspiration for us. Growing up surrounded by the sea, the countryside, and the traditions of our region, we learned from a young age the value of hospitality and the joy of sharing the authentic beauty of our land with others.
Monopoli is not only about the sea: it is also ancient olive groves, traditional masserie immersed in nature, and landscapes that reveal the true soul of Puglia. This balance between coast and countryside is what makes our territory unique, and what we hope to share with those who choose to visit.
Through our experience in the tourism sector, working closely with travelers from around the world, we learned that hospitality is not only about offering accommodation, but about creating authentic experiences that leave lasting memories.
This is how our project was born: a service dedicated to the management of holiday apartments and the creation of experiences for our guests. We accompany our guests throughout their stay, helping them discover not only the sea and the historic center of Monopoli, but also its countryside, masserie, local flavors, and traditions that make this land so special.

What made it even more special was how connected we felt to the town. The location places you right in the heart of daily life, and sitting on the cozy street-side balcony was one of our favorite moments—it’s the perfect place to soak in the atmosphere of this vibrant and charming community.
And then there’s Fabrizio—absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make everything smooth and memorable, from booking dinner reservations to arranging time at a private beach club and sharing thoughtful recommendations we wouldn’t have discovered on our own.
His kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for.
This place is unforgettable.
We stayed here for one week, and the house was absolutely spectacular—spacious enough for five adults and even better than the photos. You’re right in the heart of old Monopoli and truly feel immersed in the town.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything needed to cook at home, with plenty of restaurants just outside the door. We were also welcomed with some goodies on arrival, which was a nice touch.
Fabrizio was amazing and took great care of us, always available to help with any questions.

Fabrizio is a gem of a host—one of the best we’ve experienced across all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we’ve visited quite a few. The place is exactly as described: spotlessly clean, charming, and distinctively decorated.
Fabrizio met us in person at check-in, showed us where to park, and even helped carry our large suitcases up the stairs, which he didn’t have to do. We were also provided with ample supplies, so we didn’t need to worry about getting anything on the first day.
We happened to have a storm on our first day, and Fabrizio kept in touch to make sure we were okay. The location is another standout feature—we took countless photos, and it was even quite romantic on a rainy day.
We certainly hope to return again.
